These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk1996 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the tk1996 website located at https://tk1996.org and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing the tk1996 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

tk1996 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the website. • You do not hold an active self-exclusion on tk1996 or any other platform with which tk1996 has a self-exclusion sharing agreement.
• You have not been declared legally incompetent or incapacitated by any court of competent jurisdiction.

tk1996 conducts age verification at the point of registration and again prior to the processing of a first withdrawal for new accounts. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID.

If tk1996 determines at any point that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, all bonus credits voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on tk1996. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where tk1996 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonus balances will be voided, and winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts will not be paid out.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tk1996 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk1996 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact tk1996 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. tk1996 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving verified notification of unauthorised access.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tk1996 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible platform governance standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at various stages of account activity:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account registered in your name)
• Source of funds declaration (for high-volume accounts)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by tk1996 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until documentation is received and verified. tk1996 reserves the right to withhold funds pending completion of KYC in cases where fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation is suspected.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your tk1996 account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. tk1996 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to deposits that exceed certain thresholds.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• tk1996 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, borrowed funds, or payment accounts belonging to other individuals.
• Deposits that cannot be reconciled to a verified payment account may be reversed and the corresponding account suspended.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. tk1996 targets the following processing timelines, though actual times may vary depending on payment provider infrastructure:

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tk1996 will notify the account holder via email prior to applying any dormant account administration fee. tk1996 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. The availability, value, duration, and terms of individual promotions are determined by tk1996 at its sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the account registration and initial KYC verification process.
• Each promotion is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and markets explicitly listed as eligible within the promotion's terms. Use of a bonus on an ineligible game may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• tk1996 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings that were obtained through misuse, abuse, or exploitation of a promotional offer.

Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered to new players, it is available only on the first qualifying deposit made following account registration. The welcome bonus is subject to minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus cap amounts, and wagering requirements as detailed in the current promotion's terms. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus at the time of their first deposit — retroactive bonus claims will not be accepted.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

All betting and gaming activity on tk1996 is subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each game category, as published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• tk1996 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that are believed to be placed in error, placed on corrupted odds, or placed in breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, stakes will be refunded or the bet settled as a void in accordance with the applicable sport's rules as published on the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Bets accepted after a relevant event (e.g., a goal, wicket, or point scored) may be voided if the delay between the event and the bet placement cannot be excluded.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, per market, and per player, as displayed in the betting interface.

Casino Games

• All casino games use certified random number generators. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed on the server side and the result will be recorded in your account history. tk1996 will not reverse a completed game result due to a player-side connectivity issue.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits per game round are displayed within each game interface.
• tk1996 reserves the right to void game results that were affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed disruption. In such circumstances, the relevant stakes will be returned to player accounts.

Currency & Payout

All winnings are credited to your tk1996 account in Bangladeshi Taka. Payout calculations are based on the stake amount and the odds or paytable in effect at the time the bet or game round was confirmed. tk1996 does not guarantee any particular return-to-player outcome for any individual session, regardless of published average RTP figures.

tk1996 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest behaviour. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, including bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts belonging to third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected software error are not payable and will be voided.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human player interaction.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns in live dealer games.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or hedging bets across platforms to guarantee a profit from a bonus offer.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security or infrastructure of the tk1996 platform without express written authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with tk1996.

Either you or tk1996 may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting tk1996 customer support via live chat. Before closing your account, you must ensure that all pending bets have been settled and any remaining real-money balance has been withdrawn. tk1996 will process a final withdrawal to your verified payment method upon receiving a valid closure request. Closure requests submitted while outstanding bets are in play will be executed once those bets have settled.

Suspension or Closure by tk1996

tk1996 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request or detection of a player on an applicable exclusion list.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring account restriction.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used by a person other than the registered account holder.

Where an account is closed by tk1996 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach. tk1996 will communicate the specific reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who feel that gambling is causing them harm — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available from account settings, or to contact support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and once in effect, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification prior to coming into effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
